Lander Sports to open a fitness center in Jiaxing

December 5: Lander Sports Development Co. Ltd. has held an inaugural ceremony for the construction of Xiuhu Lake National Fitness Center in Jiaxing City in northern Zhejiang Province.

The 500-million-yuan project, expected to cover an area of about 12 acres, has become one of ten local livelihood projects for the year 2017. It is said that the project will be carried out by Lander Sports and Hongxiang Holding Group.

The proposed fitness center, different from a traditional sports venue, will be a complex of sports facilities, sports leisure, fitness & health, and recreational venues. It will help Jiaxing improve the experience for local residents as well as help to create a sports-based city.

The project, expected to be completed by the end of 2019, will also include fitness clubs, heated pools and 2,500 professional sports venues for different sports. 

Over the past few months, Lander Sports has set up a Space plus Content business model, which has enabled it to make a presence in 27 Chinese cities and overseas markets.
