SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Sport’s Perfect Storm

October 31: A subsidiary company of Hosa International Limited has announced that they will offer a RMB 100 million loan to Fithub, a fitness App, as well as conditionally purchasing 30% of the enlarged shares of the App’s company also for RMB 100 million.
Created in 2016, Fithub is an App which delivers fitness course videos to beginners and people who want to start a fitness plan. Users can also reserve fitness course classes on the App. A fitness community is also a feature on the App in which users can talk with other members and fitness instructors.
By October 31, 2017, the amount of Fithub users has reached 1.57 million. Over 332 fitness video clips have also been posted on the App with a total viewership of 16 million in total.
Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Hosa International Group is a leading provider of professional sportswear, especially for fitness and aquatic sports. Additionally, fitness club operations is one of the company’s priorities.
