Sport Event Denmark confirmed as Partner for SportAccord Convention in Baku

July 31: The Chinese sports company Hongyue Sports has announced it will officially introduce the touring figure skating show, Stars on Ice, to China, after signing a 10-year exclusive partnership deal with the show’s rightsholders IMG. This partnership will see Hongyue Sports become responsible for the delivery, promotion and operation of the show.
According to Hongyue Sports, Stars on Ice will make its debut in December in Beijing, featuring a cast of Olympic figure skating medalists and World Champions. After its debut, Hongyue Sports and IMG will jointly promote the show in other cities in China. In the future, Hongyue Sports plans to partner with top figure skaters in creating a training program for teenagers in China.
Founded in 1986, Stars on Ice is a touring figure skating show production by IMG. The show tours the United States, Canada and Japan annually, and has also staged shows in Europe, Brazil and Korea with the tour staging over 1,500 shows in its 30 seasons.
