SportAccord Convention 2026: Event Schedule taking shape in Baku

With the advent of the off season coming after the 2017 NBA Finals, many NBA players are coming to China to act as spokespersons for the commercial activities of many Chinese brands. Recently, Klay Thompson and Louis Williams have both started on their 2017 China trips for Anta and Peak respectively.
On June 25, Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors, arrived in Chengdu, his first stop in China. He will stay in China for 9 days and visit 6 basketball-crazed cities including Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Shenyang, Changsha, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Besides participating in Anta basketball activities, he will also participate in the launch of the A-SHOCK series and some interactive activities with fans. He signed with Anta Sports in February 2015 and has just renewed a 10-year deal.
On June 28, Louis Williams of the Clippers arrived in Beijing and started his 8-day trip in China. After visiting the Forbidden City, he will take on several stops of the Peak International Basketball Festival, and also participate in the Peak basketball training camp, new product launches and interactive signing activities with fans. He signed with Peak Sports in December 2015.
