Zijin Sports Industry and Nanjing Wishare to develop a comprehensive Digital Sports Service Platform

On January 11, 2017, Nanjing Zijin Sports Industry Corporation and Nanjing Wishare Information Technology Co. Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. These two companies will cooperate closely on developing an “Digital Service Platform for Intelligent Venues” and a O2O comprehensive sports service platform “Tiyunhui”.

This cooperation will take advantage of the two parties abilities in sports industry services, sports stadium operation & Internet technology and will provide multiple  services for venue booking, sports social networking, sports goods sales, sports events & activities, sports events ticket sales and so on. 

They will utilize the government’s public trust and resource integration capability, vitalize old & new venue resources and integrate upstream & downstream sports industry sectors, in order to build a comprehensive service platform Tiyunhui. It will provide services to the Nanjing Public Fitness Center, Gulou Community Sports Center and sports-centric expansive sites like Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Sports Park and Stadium that are estimated to officially open within the next year. 

Nanjing Wishare and Zijin Sports aim to work together to provide intelligent, convenient and quality sports services for Nanjing citizens.
