Li Ning sponsors BSU Badminton Team

On December 12, Li Ning signed a sponsorship agreement with Beijing Sport University (BSU) Badminton Team which marks the beginning of their cooperation. The director of Li Ning Indoor Market Management Center (Li Zhujun) and the Deputy Secretary & Vice President (Liu Daqing) signed this agreement.

In recent years, Li Ning has been supporting the China National Badminton Team and many badminton teams from different provinces while actively organizing badminton matches in universities to promote the badminton culture. Li Zhujun said that Li Ning Badminton has organized many matches in universities and expects to promote badminton in universities through its cooperation with BSU. In the future, Li Ning will continue to sign up more excellent university badminton teams and match resources to promote the development of the badminton industry. Liu Daqing, the Vice President of BSU, said that BSU and Li Ning share a common vision to accomplish distinguished achievements in the badminton sector. 

Founded in 2012, the BSU Badminton Team has won honours in the National College Students Badminton Championships. Now, Zhao Yunlei and Zhang Nan, two of Li Ning’s national badminton players, are studying at BSU and they are also eligible to represent the team in competitive matches.
