According to Turkish media Sportx, China Fortune F.C. have offered €120 million for Fenerbahce striker Robin Van Persie.
Sportx say Fenerbahce wants to sell the Dutch striker and the € 120 million offer from Hebei China Fortune F.C from the CSL(Chinese Super League) was the most appealing. They have also offered a three-year contract with an annual salary of €110 million, double his current salary.
With 16 goals and 3 assists in 31 appearances, Van Persie did very well in the Turkish League last season. However, after a run-in with his coach, Van Persie has been left on the bench this season. As a result, Fenerbahce are considering selling him.
There have been foreign media reports before that Shanghai Shenhua F.C. had tried to sign the Dutchman, offering a big-money deal with an annual salary of €120 million. However, Van Persie refused the offer for personal reasons.
33-year-old Van Persie is an excellent striker and has achieved much especially in the Premier League. There he was a top scorer, first with Arsenal and later with Manchester United whom he helped to win the Premier League in 2012-13.
