On 6th September 2016, Kaisa and Kaixing Capital held a news conference to officially announce that Kaisa would establish a Kaisa &Kaixing Sports Fund together with Kaixing Capital.
It is reported that the Kaisa &Kaixing Sports Fund will exceed RMB 10 billion. The main direction of investment will be focused on leading venue design and intellectual facilities.
Since 2012, Kaisa has been attaching great importance to the sports industry. It aims to upgrade the venue with this investment, build the largest platform to interconnect with sports fans and form an industrial cluster combining sports, cultures and innovation.
At the conference, the Kaisa & Kaixing Sports Fund signed a strategic deal with the CHINA SPORTS MARKETING FORUM (CSMF) and a sponsorship deal with the Baoyujiangshan Company. These cooperations will pour more money into the pool and bring abundant resources to the fund.
