According to Xinhua, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has signed a co-operation agreement with Guangxi Sports Bureau last month. Under this agreement, a new soccer school is to be set up in the southwestern Chinese province.
The two sides’ partnership was brokered by United Vansen International Sports co.,ltd. (UVS; Chinese: 合力万盛) , a Beijing-based sports agent founded in 2008.
In 2015, UVS purchased the Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag and will contribute to a youth training center for Den Haag in Guangxi.
As UVS Chairman Wang Hui put it, RFEF and ADO Den Haag will bring senior soccer coaches from Europe to train young players in Guangxi. Besides, some outstanding young Chinese players will be sent to Europe for soccer training every summer.
"We want to set up a comprehensive system, which enables Chinese kids to get in touch with soccer,” Wang Hui said, “and it’s possible that they’ll get to love it and become top players."
