Chinese web portal Netease.com announced today (6th April) in Beijing a strategic media partnership with the China National Diving Team, the “Dream Team.”
The deal will see Netease become the exclusive internet media partner of the China Diving Team. Under the agreement, the official website for the Diving Team will be unveiled on Netease.
Li Li, CEO at Netease, said “as an important part of (our) Rio 2016 Strategy, the alliance between the Dream Team, with its remarkable history, and Netease’s powerful media platforms will bring out the best in each other during the Olympic Games.”
Zhou Jihong, the team leader of the China National Diving Team, said “The support and promotion from Netease will significantly drive interest in our games, and Netease will provide the audience with more wonderful content through the resources that the China (National) Diving Team has.”
“The partnership is a strong combination and a win-win choice, which will certainly promote each other and help each other grow.”
