Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

W Sportsmedia, the agency handling the media rights for the Visma Ski Classics series, has entered a new partnership with Sina Sports, the leading digital sports media platform in China.
As a media giant, Sina Sports provide live sports, highlights, news and other related sports content to the Chinese market. Under the new partnership deal, the Visma Ski Classics series will be one of the sports shown on the Chinese platform.
"We are very excited to bring the Visma Ski Classics into the Chinese market, which brings a lot of new potential viewers and opens up new opportunities to expand the sport of long-distance skiing, China is a very important market for us!" said David Nilsson, CEO at Ski Classics AB.
Ski Classics is an international long-distance cross-country skiing competition. It debuted in Europe in January 2011, which has consisted of ten events as of the 2015-2016 season.
