Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

51Talk, a leading online English language teaching platform based in China, held a press conference on Wednesday to announce an endorsement deal with Li Na, former Chinese tennis super star.
The partnership will see Li Na, who has showed fluency in oral English in interviews, represent the brand during the term of the contract, of which the detail was not disclosed.
The deal also marks the 2nd commercial deal that Li Na have reached with brands after the partnership with Blackmores since her retirement.
Li Na’s fighting spirit is a great fit to that of 51Talk, said their co-founder Zhang Liming.
Li Na said “to learn English you need the linguistic environment” and “51Talk’s 1 on 1 teaching mode can provide immersive learning atmosphere”.
51Talk, launched in 2011, has over 4,000 foreign and over 2 million users.
