SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Sport’s Perfect Storm

Yesterday, New Balance, the famous global sports brand, held a press conference in Beijing, China. During the conference, NB announced the roll out of its brand new communication platform—Always In Beta, and expressed its ambition to step into the field of sports.
To make the new platform more popular, New Balance invited famous Chinese athletes including Shi Dongpeng and Rei Sheng to help in the promotion for the company’s product. Shi, China’s excellent 110-m hurdler, and Rei, the fencing gold medallist from the 2012 London Olympics, explained the core spirit of the platform which reflects NB’s aspiration to challenge Nike in the advertising battleground.
The vice president of New Balance in Asia Pacific regions declared that they have got to be prepared to face all kinds of difficulties. New Balance will get stronger and stronger in the field of comprehensive sports. During the conference, the advertising video “Storm” was shown. Seventeen NB sponsored athletes participated in the performance. It is believed that New Balance has a prosperous future, and the brand will play an important role in the world’s sports marketing environment.
