Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

On June 16, Shengshi Zhongti (pinyin), a large corporation in Nankai District of Tianjin, announced that they would invest 500 million yuan to build several new sports platforms in the next three years.
The announcement was made on a conference on sports and internet economy in Tianjin where experts from across the country and some ambassadors attended.
The company was founded in the early 2015 with strong supports from the General Administration of Sports and Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. The general counselor was former chief coach of national table tennis team.
According to news reports, there are six sectors the company is going to develop within the entire sports industry. There are sports events, sports tourism, collections, finances of sports, training and agency, and sports products.
The will develop three online information platforms to serve the general public: a sports tourism website, a sports collections website, and a sports talent website.
It’s also going to create a fund to invest in promising sports projects in China.
This 500 million yuan is the second investment in the sports industry in recent period. Just a few weeks ago, K-Bird, a sports clothing company also announced a same amount of investment for a new company in the sports industry.
