The Chinese household furniture manufacturer, Paterson, has released their new designation, official sponsor of Argentina men’s national football team.
Paterson is a wholly-owned brand of Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group Co., Ltd. who signed a deal with the Argentina Football Association (AFA) at the beginning of May. The official poster clearly wrote this line below the official designation: "Belongs to Der."
Paterson will therefore join Der Floor to support Argentina to compete in the 2018 FIFA World Cup as well as display their brand for football fans around the world.
Paterson’s cooperation with Argentina marks their shared values in health, endeavors and persistence. The Chinese brand aims to use this deal to deliver the idea of environmental protection in its products and services.
Paterson has been endorsed by the Chinese singer Anson Ping.
Der once sponsored the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the Chinese national fencing team, the 2017 International Champions Cup China and other sports properties.
Argentina has claimed 19 championships in major football events, reached the finals of the World Cup several times and crowned 2 World Cup titles. The team boasts some of the most famous players including Lionel Messi, who will be playing in the 2018 World Cup.
Earlier, Argentina also signed similar deals with Chinese online financial platform, Hexindai.com and Vanward, a Chinese home appliance brand.
