Foshan Football Fan Union establishes new youth training base

The Foshan Football Fan Union, one of three official fan organizations for the Chinese Super League club Guangzhou Evergrande, has launched a youth football training base in Foshan of Guangdong Province.

The Union, with the slogan of “We are not just dreamers”, was established in 2006 to promote the development of local football culture.

The new base, as part of the Union’s cooperation with Foshan Yuexing Sports Development Company Ltd. and the Brazilian Zhongba Nantian Football Club, aims to improve youth football in China.

Zhongba Nantian, founded by Li Yizhu in 2016, is an organization that uses Brazilian experiences to boost the football training in the world’s most popular country.

Since its founding, the club has set up youth training bases in Foshan of Guangdong Province, and Xiaogan and Shiyan of Hubei Province; the organization has also made solid partnerships with youth training organizations in Taishan of Guangdong Province and Luoyang of Henan Province.
