Alisports, sports arm of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with AGILE Real Estate Group at an official partner conference.
The agreement, which was signed in front of AGILE Vice President Ruan Jiasheng and Alisports VP Li Feng, will see the pair implement a multi-level and comprehensive framework to cooperate on and around sports towns and smart sports cities.
This is the first time for Alisports to partner with a real estate company in the Sports+ business. Under the terms of their agreement, the two parties will seek cooperative opportunities regarding sports towns and cities, sports services, sports industry parks and bases, venue operations, big data, sports communities and training.
As Alisports CEO Zhang Dazhong said: “We’re really appreciative of the partnership with AGILE, whose pursuit of quality life and interest in sports towns complies with the trend towards the Experience Economy. As a sports and technology business solution specialist, Alisports will work closely with AGILE to become an industry leader through creative ideas and projects.”
