LeSports HK, a subsidiary of Beijing-based LeSports, has partnered with Now TV, a pay-TV service provider in Hong Kong operated by PCCW Media Limited.
The two sides will set up co-branded channels to broadcast all 380 football matches each season in the English Premier League during the period 2016-2019.
Fans in Hong Kong will be able to watch the Premier League through LeSports’ platforms such as the official website, the LeSports HK smartphone app, the Le Super TV app and the Le TV Box. Now TV platforms include IPTV, the Now Player app & website and the Now Soccer app. The eleven co-branded channels include ten bilingual channels (Cantonese and English) and one English-language channel (PLTV Channel).
LeSports HK was officially established in September 2015, with the aim of supporting and promoting the sports industry and associations in the city. Now TV is one of the world's largest commercial deployments of IPTV and Hong Kong's largest pay-TV provider.
