Christmas kissing activity supports 2022 Winter Olympic Bid

Yesterday evening, on the Christmas Eve, around dozens of people participated in a special activity on the open ground of Beijing Capital Gymnasium, a kissing activity. Young couples or lovers kissed their partners. Staffs were dressed as Santa Clause. 

The activity is one program in Beijing Winter Sports Festival, which is a constituent part of a national-wide program, National Winter Sports Festival, organized by General Administration of Sport of China. This festival started in early December this year and includes programs across the country, such as International Skiing Festival in Chongli, and skiing festival in Changchun. This program is intended to develop love for winter sports around the country and to support the 2022 Winter Olympic Bid. 

The Beijing Winter Sports Festival is scheduled to run through March 15, 2015.
