On June 14, the 2019 Asian Sepaktakraw Championship reached its conclusion with the winners of each division receiving their medals in the stadium in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.
The whole tournament lasted 5 days, with 27 teams from 17 countries competing, a record in the history of the Asian Sepaktakraw Championship.
This Asian Sepaktakraw Championship consisted of a Men's Regu, Women's Regu, Men Doubles and Women Doubles, and there are two divisions within each category to make sure teams of a similar skill level compete in the same division, thereby ensuring intense and entertaining competition between teams.

At the 2019 Asian Sepaktakraw Championship players from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar underwent anti-doping tests.
