Shannxi Province Football Administration Center have reached a strategic collaboration with Japanese J1 League football club, Kashima Antlers and the Japanese company 日本科曼得体育株式会社. A signing ceremony was organized on Friday, July 20 at the Shaanxi Sports Training Center in Shaanxi Province. The Vice Director of Shaanxi Sports Bureau and other representatives attended the ceremony.
The three parties will collaborate to improve the youth football training system in Shaanxi Province and hope to develop some good young players and youth football coaches. At the same time, good players will get the opportunity to play with Kashima Antlers in Japan.
There were no further details disclosed publicly about the terms and conditions of the collaboration between the three parties.
In May, Kashima Antlers sent some representatives including coaches to Shaanxi to participate in the selection of 1,200 promising young football players within the province. The coaches from the club gave free coaching and guidance to the selected players.
Kashima Antlers is one of the best J League football clubs in Japan. They have won the J League title and the J League Cup several times.
