A Thai-Chinese Relationship Association delegation, headed by the Honorary President M.R. Chirakom Kitiyakara, has recently paid a visit to the Beijing-based internet company, E.A Horse Inc., according to a report by People.com.cn.
The two sides signed a deal to launch the China-Thailand International Horse Culture and Sports Tourism Industry Coordination Project.
The project, expected to focus on equestrian sports, horse racing events, horse racing entertainment, world horse racing forums and horse culture tourism, aims to create innovative sports culture industry parks in both countries that combine modern sports services, leisure tourism industry, sports events media and sports entertainment culture.
The proposed parks are expected to include international race grounds, equestrian training and performance areas, international polo fields and other functional facilities. In general, the two parties hope that they can establish eco-friendly and international complexes for equestrian training and events in the Asian-Pacific region.
Their project will also boost the development of related industries, including hotels, player clubs, international horse racing forums, leisure and agriculture farms, training institutes, health preservation zones, along with real estate and event media culture.
The two sides will also work together to make sure that the project proceeds smoothly in construction, operation, resources sharing and technical support. The project will also contribute to China’s “One Belt, One Road” national strategy.
