The current Ajax CEO, Edwin van der Sar, is going to use the Ajax resources to help the Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F in its youth training project.
According to a Sina news report, Ajax has plans to sign an official partnership deal next Monday with the the CSL club, aiming to create the best soccer youth training base in China.
Under the proposed deal, the two sides will hold training courses for Chinese young players in different age groups, by making full use of the rich training and coaching resources from the Dutch professional soccer club.
Also next Monday, van der Sar, together with Huang Shenghua, Vice President of Guangzhou R&F FC, will also attend a workshop in Beijing to share with Chinese experts the details about their partnership as well as soccer concepts, soccer training, and soccer culture.
The R&F Soccer School, the youth training base of the CSL club, was jointly developed in 2013 by Guangzhou R&F Properties and English Premier League giant Chelsea FC.
