Natural mineral water brand Alps sign three-year partnership with BWF

September 12: A long-term partnership between NBA China and Mission Hills Group, one of the key players in China‘s sports and leisure industry, has been announced in Haikou, Hainan Province, attended by Mission Hills Group’s Chairman & CEO Ken Chu, NBA China’s CEO David Shoemaker and NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
This partnership will see the two sides jointly set up and operate an NBA training center. The center, which is expected to open in 2019 will be constructed by Mission Hills China and operated by NBA China. With six indoor courts and high-quality facilities, the center will be available for both amateur and professional junior players around China.
NBA China will send NBA-trained coaches to the new training center and offer a specialised coaching system to the young trainees while the NBA's current stars and legends will come to the center to share their basketball knowledge and skills with these teenagers.
Apart from this new training base, the two sides will also open an NBA experience center and an NBA store in Haikou.
Meanwhile, Mission Hills Golf Club has become the official partner of the NBA China Games 2017.
