The CSL Elite Youth League has reached an agreement with Beijing-based Vive Sports & Entertainment Company, which will see the sports company to become the league’s Performance Monitoring Partner.
Under this agreement, Vive Sports will work with their partner, the world’s leading GPS player tracking company STATSports, to support all 16 CSL elite youth teams in their performance monitoring and data management, according to a report posted by Sina Sports.
Coaches are expected to have a better understanding of players’ performance during their competition and training through the APEX performance monitoring system provided by Vive Sports. Currently the system is being used by the CSL clubs Guangzhou Evergrande, Beijing Guoan and Hebei China Fortune.
“We have held a clinic in the first stage of this season,” said Chen Yongliang, General Manager of the CSL Company. “We are looking to invite foreign experts to hold the second one. Now we have a world-standard monitoring system, we are really happy to provide advanced technology and philosophy for the elite youth league.”
