Natural mineral water brand Alps sign three-year partnership with BWF

CAA China, a Beijing-based media and entertainments platform founded by Creative Artists Agency and China’s CMC Capital Partners, has appointed Mary Gu Shuhang as its new chief executive officer.
Gu has held many important positions in the sports and entertainment world, including Vice President of the 2007 Special Olympics, World Summer Games Executive Committee and President of the Shanghai Corporate Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010. She also co-founded the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix, a Chinese track and field event.
The sports industry veteran after assuming office will be responsible for growing the agency’s efforts in the Chinese sports and entertainment market. She will work with Jonah Greenberg, head of CAA China’s movie business, Roeg Sutherland, co-head of the agency’s Global Film Finance and Sales Group, and Daniel Manwaring, who leads CAA’s Chinese movie finance functions.
“We are moving into the next stage of our strategic growth plan for CAA China,” CAA President Richard Lovett said in a statement, “Mary will accelerate this momentum using her expertise and network of relationships to further diversify our capabilities and reach in sports and entertainment throughout the region.”
