Chinese Football Association released CSL players’ agent fee

July 11: The Chinese Football Association (CFA) released a report presenting the agent fees of the Chinese Super League’s (CSL) players. The report shows the amount of money received by the CSL players’ agents during the 2016-17 season.

This report shows some clubs have spent more money on overseas players. When signing Ramires Santos do Nascimento, Jiangsu Suning paid his agent 2.36m. Shanghai SIPG also spent 1.59m on Givanildo Vieira de Souza’s transfer. The Brazilian football player Carlos Gilberto Nascimento Silva costed Shandong Luneng 1.5m in agent fee. However, Shandong Luneng only paid Papiss Demba Cissé’s agent 3. Finally, Shanghai Shenhua paid no agent fee for the transfer of Argentine football star Carlos Tévez.
