Natural mineral water brand Alps sign three-year partnership with BWF

As reported by PR Newswire, on June 20, 2017, Relevent Sports, Catalyst Media Group Limited, CCTV and CCTV Sports & Entertainment Co. Ltd jointly announced that CCTV would become the official TV broadcasting partner of the International Champions Cup (ICC) in Mainland China. This new four-year strategic cooperation agreement, starting from 2017, will see CCTV get the exclusive TV broadcasting rights for CCTV-5 and CCTV-5+ for all ICC competitions every summer including the non-exclusive broadcasting rights on its digital media platforms.
The parties will also work closely to enhance ICC’s influence in Mainland China to give more opportunities to football fans to get closer to the top global football players and clubs.
As indicated by the ICC, over the past two years, the partnership between the ICC and its broadcasting partners has attracted audiences of over 36m people, and through this new agreement with CCTV it is expected to reach around 1 billion Chinese viewers watching over various CCTV platforms.
