On November 2nd, Philippine boxing king Manny Pacquiao, who has won gold medals in eight different divisions, signed a cooperation contract with Anta Sports Co., a leading brand in the Chinese sports industry. The ceremony was held in the Wynn Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada.
After signing Zou Shiming, Yang Lianhui and other Chinese professional boxers, Anta has signed up a world-famous boxing star for the first time.
Not only does cooperating with Pacquiao effectively enhance ANTA’s international influence, but it also promotes Anta in the boxing market.
Signing Pacquiao is an important event for Anta to obtain first-class sports resources and an entry into the boxing market. Pacquiao, as the most influential boxer on the international stage, will improve Anta’s products and its international image. Comprehensive boxing training will become the third major part of Anta, together with basketball and running.
